At Camera Counseling, we provide in-person and virtual outpatient mental health treatment to individuals and families throughout the lifespan: children, adolescents, and adults.
Through the use of various psychotherapy modalities and mind-body techniques, our goal is to assist clients on their healing journey to increase psychological flexibility and adaptation to life stressors and learn how to become more comfortable and present in their lives overall.
We are a team of licensed professional counselors with a wealth of experience helping people work through various issues.
